Dublin is a BUSY city, you are always elbowing your way through Grafton street. This evening was as busy as ever, i'd just crosses O'Connell bridge, heading for a bar. IT was a red man, but that's never stopped me before. We make a run for it, only to be unexpectedly T-boned by an e-scooter.
I can't explain what overcame me. No, that's a lie, I do know. I apologised profusely as I got up and checked on Scooter Man.
'YOU FUCKING BITCH I HOPE YOU GET HIT BY A CAR' - said shouted Scooter Man.
I didn't go red, I went fucking green. Not as in the hulk, no, I went Shrek. The Scottish accent bubbled out of me, 'A HOPE YOU GET RUN OVER' I roared. Dusted myself off and kept going.
The next day I did turn green, with bruising all down my side.

Beyond the comical mishaps, Dublin is also where love blossomed. Dakota, a spot now etched in my memory, was the setting for my very first date with my boyfriend. These are the personal moments that make Dublin truly special to me.
